1 week away from the midpoint of my challenge.
Did a quick comparison with the first run I did this summer. Not quite Nick Stumbo speed yet, but I’m making progress!

Apparently my body is trying to figure out what to do with the new approach to nutrition but still slowly headed in the right direction.

Added some cross-training this week with some boxes, furniture, stairs, and drywall mud. Week 10 is complete!
